Sims 2 black square under sim
Hi! In sims 2, does anyone know why the black square still appears in the 1600x900 resolution? I put the shadows in medium or off but the square doesn't go away. Any help?

@tamirilla Black square shadows should be gone when set to Medium or Off. Have you saved the changes after selecting those?
Alternatively, if you're not opposed to modding the game, Nopke on Mod the Sims has a Sim Shadow Fix mod, which should be able to fix them if everything else fails.
