Sims 2 bus bug

Wow, it's the first time I hear that, and more with a clean game with no mods... The only thing I could think is that it's a bug and you should uptade your game (In case you're not playing the Ultimate Collection)

no im not playing the ultimate collection. ive installed the sims 2 maby like um 5yrs ago on the laptop i use now. i dont even remove the cd from the drive cuz idk how to make a virtual cds to play w/o it.  and yes its weird. cuz of it my sims miss their jobs. school sims miss the school time. its like it doesnt want to come take them. then the bosses call and say ur sim missed a day at work and bla bla. or school kids lose school period or however u call it. and if theyre A+ students it drops to B or C even.

If you don't have any mods, I think it's either bugged temporarily or the installation has been screwed by the game itself (yes it can do that). Play with "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" cheat on, and see if it gives an error when the carpool should come. Choose reset if it gives an error. Then pause your game and go to the documents/eagames/sims2/logs and see if theres an objecterror file from that time and add it here.
