@hayleymariew03 , did you register your game when you originally purchased the disk? That could be one answer for you.
To be honest with you, there really is no point in trying to obtain a new code or to register it on Origin as EA no longer gives out digital copies of the game any more. The game is not available in a digital format to my knowledge for the Windows OS. If you want to install the play game on your computer, you can do so as long as you have a disk drive. If your computer does not have a disk drive, you can buy an external one and they are not very expensive.
