Sims 2 Complete Collection on EA App as Double Deluxe?

    @Pajron21 Hi, this is an error, it seems that the TS2 UC has not yet been migrated to the EA App and is only showing up in the users' game library because it is registered to the account. In mine it also appears as The Sims 2 Double Deluxe, but in the files directory it appears as The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection. Don't worry you haven't missed any The Sims 2 UC packs. I hope EA fixes this problem as soon as possible so I can uninstall Origin from my pc, because the EA App is giving me an error when downloading The Sims 2 and precisely because of the migration that EA has not yet made. ☹

@Pajron21 , did you have to re-install Sims 2 or did everything just transfer when you downloaded the EA App? Just wondering as many people have had different experiences with the EA App and we're trying to collect as much information for the devs as possible.

      My computer did update toady and somehow the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection was uninstalled, so I went to the EA App to redownload but like you I only got the Sims 2 Double Deluxe, and when I tried to install got a error saying that it needed to Sims 2 to install. I redownloaded the EA App and still the problem remains. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am losing hope.

        @lauroonil Hello, If you can, use Origin to reinstall Sims 2 UC. Otherwise, it's hard to say whether it will be fixed. More people are having this problem that they are seeing TS2 Deluxe instead of Ultimate collection in Ea app. But I haven't yet encountered Ultimate being uninstalled on its own.
