Sims 2 deluxe disk problems
My sims 2 deluxe disk isn't working and I don't have internet to download it from origins what can I do?

Unfortunately, if your disks are not working and you can't download the game, there are not many alternatives. When you say you have no internet... is your computer a laptop you could take with you somewhere with an internet connection?

That should fix the problem. However, please keep in mind the download is going to be pretty big (some GB). If you have a limited amount of data for your phone, you might want to be careful.
It would be possible to download the game in another computer and then move the files to your new computer. You would still need the hotspot to activate the game in the computer, but that would require to download much less data using your mobile phone.
