sims 2 deluxe. not double double deluxe. no code !! please help

I have tried to install the sims 2 deluxe edition but my code dosnt work. On the cover it says the sims 2 deluxe. All the post here are about "double deluxe" which I think is a different game

i believe the that Sims 2 Deluxe came with special giveaways, and a Sims 2 expansion. Double Deluxe comes with expansion and stuff pack.

is the Sims 2 Deluxe new?

The Sims 2 Deluxe contain only the first expansion pack whereas the Double Deluxe contain a stuff pack and an expansion pack 😉

You say that your code don't work but where ? On Origin or when you try to install the game with the cd ?
