@Julli2727 , it seems to be a common error. Try using Graphics Rule Maker as that seems to get rid of the Direct X error (even if you are playing on an older computer).
@Tremayne4260Maybe I could mess with the config files instead? I’ve seen people do that since graphics rule maker is apparently sometimes “irreversible”. What settings in config should I change if that’s what I do?
edit: I’d like to add what I have done to try and fix the problem, I have tried adding a - W at the end of the shortcut, tried starting the game from files and that’s it I think.
@Julli2727 , make a copy of the Config files before trying to edit them. I would try to edit the settings for small medium and large to make them "larger".
- @Tremayne4260 I haven’t tried anything yet but I figured out that I most likely need new drivers for my motherboard and maybe bios too (I have some kind of integrated graphics on the motherboard). I tried to install a different game that also got some kind of graphics problem which is how I figured it out. I will update once I have tried updating drivers.
