Hey guys!
After change the older PAUL.DLL to a dowloaded version, the game launch normaly! Its works! Yeah, works fine for me too!!!
Just download a new PAUL.DLL search in google...
and then, put the new DLL in the directory "Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin" or the local with your game are installed substitute the older paul.dll for the version downloaded (maybe create a restoration point or don't delete the original PAUL.DLL, create a backup or paste the original archive in other location). Change the compatibility mode to a Windows XP SP3 (my case, i have a windows 7 home basic - 64 bits) and toogle the "run in administrator account" in the executable to launch the game.
I do this, and launch normally, works for me.
