Thanks guys for all your reports. Please keep them coming to show EA that it's a common issue.

I don't think any of the factors I'm asking has an influence on why it's not working for some of you. 

I will try to get some kind of feedback from EA tomorrow. Maybe there's something that can be done. Make sure to read page 2/3 in the meantime.
