I have the same problem as everyone else (I will upload the report layer, I'm on my ipad) so I copied my Paul.dll from my sims 3 base game to my sims 2 ultimate collection pets file. It resulted in the game demanding me to insert a disc. I have never played the sims 2 on my computer before, with or without a disc, and I installed through Origin. My sims 3 was also downloaded through origin, so I have no sims discs at all. When I tried removing my Paul.dll file all together the same result happened, but when I place the dll from sims 2 back in, it doesn't do anything. Did I do something wrong when copying my dll file? Is there something wrong with my download?
