Sims 2 Double Deluxe Codes Not Working on Origin
I just learned about the sims 2 ultimate collection that was on Origin over the summer and I had also remember recalling how EA would honor codes from a physical copy. I have been trying to put my code of the sims 2 double deluxe (which is a physical copy) and it just keeps telling me the code is invalid. EA live chat just told me to ask the retailer for help (which makes no sense because I bought it in 2008 and on top of that I doubt they'd know or care). I know I missed the opportunity over the summer for the ultimate collection but I'd still just like to hope I can still recieve it since I own a physical copy. If not then fair enough, I understand. Has anyone else run into this problem with registering the code and if so what did you do? Thanks for the help.
Hmm. That's odd. I contacted ea live chat with the same issue, and they we're able to redeem it in origin for me. I would contact ea live chat again, and tell them that you need the code redeemed instead of saying it doesn't work.
