Sims 2 Double Deluxe Launcher crash - No Support???
I'm trying to install Sims 2 Double Deluxe on a new computer and the launcher keeps crashing. I came here to try to find help and all I can find in the support section is for people whose serial code didn't work, and it looks like there's no more support for this game?
Apparently the solution was to give copies of "Ultimate Collection" away but since I didn't magically decide to have problems with installing my game 2 months ago, it's no longer something I can access? Does this mean my copy of Double Deluxe is now nothing more than a coaster for my coffee cup?
Not the biggest fan of EA anyway, if it does turn out that once again I've spent money on an EA product that I can no longer access- well I won't be surprised but I will be re-encouraged to never give EA another dime of my money again.
you have to bypass the launcher. it is connected to the Sims 2 site which is closed!
