Yeah, try again. If they say that again, tell them that as an owner of the physical game you've heard that it's possible to get the Sims 2 UC version on Origin (Ultimate Collection). This should be especially true if you have a problem with getting your discs to work correctly 🙂
Well apparently The sims 2 support chat and phone are down right now.

To speed up that process, we need to talk to you on the phone." when yesterday I could and my phone doesn't work.If you can the chat or phone version depends on what details you use in your case, the time of day and your region. Try choosing something else and the chat may pop up! 🙂
