For some reason the live chat says "Thank you for contacting us. We’d love to troubleshoot your issue and get you back in the game!
To speed up that process, we need to talk to you on the phone." when yesterday I could and my phone doesn't work.

If you can the chat or phone version depends on what details you use in your case, the time of day and your region. Try choosing something else and the chat may pop up! 🙂
