Trying to reinstall Fun With Pets and it allows me to Install Mansions and Gardens but not Pets or Family Fun Stuff.
It tells me 'previous installs cannot be selected' I think I may require a new registery key. Please help! ive been talking to 3 advisors today and not one resloved my problem !
I don't know if you are still looking for a solution after two years, but apparently when this happens, it means your uninstallation of the game was not done properly. There's still orphaned registry keys and other loose parts of the game hidden and they block your reinstallation. You need a registry cleaner and proper uninstallation. Once you do that, you can reinstall your game and the greyed out options should get back to normal.
