sims 2 game not reconizing expansions and stuff packs

I have all sims 2 eps and sp installed but the game doesn't recognize them, and instead of the mansion and garden loading I the double deluxe loading screen. im also missing the sims 2. RAR, TS2UPD.EXE,AND TS2UPD0.EXE PLEASE HELP THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEND BEFORE!!!!!!!!!
