Sims 2 Origin - Activation Limit

Hi All,

A few months i had to rebuild all my PCs/Laptops after a cyber attack and have just got around to reinstalling my Sims collections. my Origin versions of 3 and 4 worked great, however the Origin version of 2 has said i have reached the activation limit. I am guessing i would have de-authorise machines normally, however the two machines that would have the license have gone through a rebuild and a upgrade from win 8 to win 10 since they were last installed. So the De-Auth tool has no traces of The Sims 2 on any of the machines. 

Is there anyway to globally revoke licenses and get the 5 activations back? Or am i going to have to go on the hunt and try and purchase a new code?
