And before anyone brings it up, YES, I already tried editing the graphics rules file. It didn't work.

@Tremayne4260 Yes, that's correct. I've also tried changing forcelowsettings and forcelowresolution to false, to no avail.
@BunniesAreCute What is your texture memory set to? That also determines the resolution limit.
