Sims 2 social worker

I keep having a problem with the social worker taking my children. in my one family there is 1 teenager and 2 children. on the same night at the same time the social woker has kept showing up to take the 2 children away for no reason. i logged out of that family without saving so i could try to do something different so the social worker wouldnt come. i tried 3 different times doing things different eacch time but she still came at the same time. so i moved the 2 children out with the older one who has just grown into an adult thinking that would throw the game off. But the social worker still showed up at that house to take the children. the children are well taken care of, not hungry, or tired and are A+ students. i dont understand why the social worker keeps showing up.  how can i make this not happen anymore. i work hard on my families and i would hate to have them taken.
