Summarize your bug I have posted this bug before however as the problem persists i will report it again. I reported the bug originally on January 27 of this year, which i noticed initially on the january 12 when i downloaded and installed the sims 2. I started playing but during the afternoon of january 12 i noticed the sims 2 was missing from my library alongside mass effect 2. I tried what was reccomended on the forums, kept playing and got busy with life. On january 27 i noticed mass effect 2 had returned while the sims 2 was still missing from my library even though it was recognized as a game installed by the EA APP. Today the sims 2 is still missing from my library even though i have tried everything community managers have reccomended on the thread.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dont know.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims 2 missing from my game library.
What do you expect to see? Sims 2 on my game library.
Im really desperate, The sims 2 is one of, if not my favorite game of all time, and while i still have it installed on my current pc, to have it missing from my library concerns me because then how will i access it in the future. I would appreciate any advise about this matter, to however is reading thank you and have a nice day!.
