    Hi @OldeSimsFan,

    Have you already tried to launch the Body Shop in compatibility mode for Windows XP? If not, I would give it a try. You would need to right click in the Body Shop exe file you are using to open it and select 'Properties'. You will find a compatibility tab in the window that will open.
