Hello! I have this issue with EA App and I have been trying to get help for three days but without success... Can you explain how I do this, step by step, please?
@Blannaze , I'm afraid I play on a Mac and have not had any experience with the EA App and games transferring. I found this thread in the EA App section that may help you.
I installed the EA App on her laptop, and The Sims 2 showed up there! But when I logged back into my laptop, it wasn't there...
I tried clearing the cache, but it was useless. I have been looking for how to do it manually, but no luck so far...
By any chance, do you know how to clear the EA App cache manually?
