try this
- Find the Sims 2 UC Icon on your desktop
- Right click on it and choose properties
- Choose the tab compatility
- Click on the little tick in compatibilty mode and choose Windows XP (SP3) from the dropdown box.

I don't have the compatibility tab PLUS I tryed running it in compatibility mode with windows 7 and the service packs. I have tryed EVERYTHING.

did you click on the properties tab on the shortcut icon for the sims 2 properties then clcik on the compability tab click apply click ok
- 12 years agoI don't have a compatibility tab. O have troubleshoot compatibility and it still doesn't work

Do your graphical glitches include a funky-looking coastline with no beach in your neighborhoods? If so, maybe this guide might help: http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=5446
If you've already tried the solutions listed there without any success, it could be a deeper problem.
