Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

After like clicking 10times on next/submit

i get a message that the code is wrong ☹️

Are you launching the game from within Origin? If not, try that. Also, you should be able to see your proper product code (As opposed to I-LOVE-THE-SIMS) within Origin. Go to the game details page to see it.

  I am starting the game from within Origin
  If i play the game the product key is already in there.
  It is the same key as writen in the Game Details of SIMS 2.
  I even copied that code and typed it manualy but it didnt work ☹️

    And my fresh install is showing the same behaviour. Thanks, I'll look into this further.
