After installing The Sims 2 Ultimate edition. I was asked to enter the product code. The one in game details was already there, however it is saying to retype because it is incorrect. Not sure how to find correct? where do the dashes go maybe?

Yep, same here. I foolishly found and entered another code from elsewhere and got told the license limit has been reached, so now I can't even get to the box to enter a code at all 😕mileysad: So don't do that 😕mileytongue:
