Just give support some time. It took a few minutes to give me a new code. They are working as fast as they can, trying to keep the chat to a minimum which I can understand.
Sumit was very friendly, and generated a new key right there on the spot.
Patience is a virtue
And yeah I had been waiting for the last 45minutes, seeing the message slowly change every 5 minutes or so... just don't close it, or you'll loose your place in the queue.

I have the same problem, A lot of Frenchs Too !
Is this available without any sims2 games, it's all getting a bit confusing. Some places they say anyone can get it, some are saying only if you have a sims2 game already.
- you do not need any other sims game to play this.
- Question: Where are you people from that are getting the problem? maybe is is just europe that is getting this problem?
