Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

Hey I downloaded SIMS 2 ultimate collection with the I-LOVE-THE-SIMS. Great that worked! I installed the game, great that worked! when i start to click on play. it asked for a product key, which...

    It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

I think in the mean time, if you want to play it, go onto the EA help chat, wait for an advisor and get a new key, otherwise wait till there is a fix for everyone (who knows how long that will take!) Current UK waiting time is still 40-45 minutes!
