wow what the hell EA? I finally got in to speak with someone called Sangeeta, and she wouldn't reply, then it automatically put me in with someone called Nishant, and she wouldn't reply either! I closed the chat then had to make another request and now it's saying i have to wait 60+ mins due to high demand...

Exactly same thing 2 connects two no answers had to call EA and now it's my fault it isn't working!! 30 minute call to be transfered to technical services!
