Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

Hey I downloaded SIMS 2 ultimate collection with the I-LOVE-THE-SIMS. Great that worked!

I installed the game, great that worked!

when i start to click on play. it asked for a product key, which was already pasted in there.

But when i click sumbit/go it doesnt work? It keeps telling me to check the code...

It is the code the game gave me(more game details)

what to do?

I finally got onto a chat and they gave me a new code - very helpful! Works fine now, thanks EA

Mine says that licence limit reached and now I can't enter the code.

Been waiting for an advisor for some time now.... still nothing. So how are we supposed to play this game? why do you even bother to give us codes that have an activation limit? just give us a general code so we can finally play this game!

ive been waiting to get through to live chat for over 2 hours now!
ive been trying to play this game since 7am and its now 4;20pm
PLEASE help me get this game sorted!!

looks like the advisors are online from 9 am til 20 pm. that's gmt. well, bad news for all of us who are not in the so called mighty usa. god damn it! maybe in an hour we'll manage to talk to somebody.
