@Electro_Blazer82 , one of those mods must be the cause of the game crashing because I'm guessing that before you added them the game ran fine. They could be causing a conflict with each other that is causing the game to crash.
There are two ways to test this. One is to remove the Downloads folder in the Sims 2 folder (Found Documents > EA Games >Sims2). Try this first and see if the game runs normally again.
The other way to restart a completely Vanilla game which requires you to move (not copy and paste or create a shortcut) the entire Sims 2 folder from the EA Games folder to your Desktop. Don't worry your saved games will be safe. Next start the game up and understand that none of your saved games will be present. The Sims 2 folder will regenerate itself.
Please let me know what happens which ever method you decide to try.

Once I moved all the mods to my Dekstop the game ran fine. I tried each mod individually and all of them crashed the game on their own. But I've used these mods for a year and a half now and don't understand why they're now crashing my game. As far as I know the game hasn't been updated recently so it can't be a compatibility issue. I will try to see if the mods were updated.

@Electro_Blazer82 , it could be an update within Windows that may cause the mods to no longer work. But yes, do see if they have been updated. 🙂

I actually found the issue lol. I forgot to apply the 4GB patch and the mods just made the situation worse. Thanks for the help though!
