Sims 2 ultimate collection wont open
No matter how many times i click on play it doesnt open nothig happens just the loading cursor thing and then nothing happens i spent three hours with customer service and everything we did didnt work

I have this same exact problem with Windows 7. I even tried double clicking the game's icon several times, but nothing happens. Hopefully we can find a solution to this problem.
