The game is not avaliable anymore on Origin but you can find it on ebay, amazon,... 😉
Henalexandre is wrong if you have a TS2 disk that doesn't work, base stuff or expansion that won't download. Email phone or use the Advisor window and provide them your Origin Id, email, Serial, and security password and they will ask you if you want ultimate or a new copy of the game. This may not work in all cases.
- Yes of course but he/she don't seems to have the base game already but what you said is also a way to get the Ultimate collection 😉
