Sims 2 ultimate edition not showing up in Origin games

So I was able to get a new laptop that would handle the Sims ultimate edition a lot better than my previous one, only problem is, I can't find it anywhere in my origin games, I do remember redeeming the copy of the complete collection when it was available, and downloaded it on my previous laptop, I still have it on my other laptop, so I do have proof of it saying "ultimate collection" if needed.Would there be anyway to transfer it, have it show back up on my account, or am I out of luck?

    @AstroDivination hello! You sign up in to the same account which have The Sims 2? You tried refresh the Game library on Origin (press keys ctrl+R)? And also you tried cleared cache on Origin? 


    Close Orogin and delete this folders: (you must have turn on hidden folders):
    C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Origin\Origin
    C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Origin
    C:\ProgramData\Origin

    Run the program and check your Game library.
