sims 2

Hello EA,

I was just wondering if there was any way to access the sims 2 and all its expansions and stuff packs, etc? I would really like to experience playing this. I don't have a cd rom compartment. Hope to hear from you soon.

@alwaysraee_ the digital release was retired from sale many, many years ago. So no way to access Sims 2 for now.

And i recommend the CD's only if you have a dual boot PC (Windows 10 and Windows 7) or a Virtual Machine with Windows 7 on it. The copy protection driver on those discs is blocked in Windows 10, so the games need to be installed on a Win 7 or lower (Vista, XP).

A lot of people hope that EA will re-release it for sale, along with other old Sims titles (Sims 1, Sims Stories), but so far we have only the hope that someday EA will allow us to replay the classics.

@alwaysraee_ , as @ivrognard said the digital release is no longer available, but if you can purchase the CD/DVD version of the game and its expansion/stuff packs and an external disk drive the game will run on Windows 10. You can find copies of the game on Amazon, E-Bay, game stores that sell used games and thrift stores. Disk drives are fairly inexpensive these days.

If you do purchase the game, we're always around here to help you to install it and to get it to run on Windows 10.
