Sims (2000) on EA app showing vulkan error

Bought this game when it first re-released and it wouldn't launch, it would crash immediately and send me back to the EA app. I updated the game today and now its showing a Vulkan Error, which I do not have or any of these ...  OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack. I'm pretty sure my HP computer is compatible with the game so I don't understand the issue... Please help :( I WANNA PLAY THE GAME
