This is my first time playing medieval and for some reason the launcher turns transparent as soon as I open it. Only the medieval logo and the welcome and update words are there, along with a white screen next to it. I have tried re-downloading it, and i've looked for ways to fix it but usually the steps don't work for me or the links aren't working. Thanks for helping š
What's your operating system ? Do you have the disc or Origin download version ? Do you also have pirates & Nobles ?

You can start it by going through the Exe file.
Go to programs(86)\electronicarts\thesimsmedieval\game\bin\tsm.exe (path can differ, maybe it's origin games)
I do think it's tsm.exe but it could be different.

How did you open it wihtout the launcher?!
I managed to fix this problem by just inserting the game disc instead of installing and playing the game through Origin. For some reason, the launcher refused to work (and there was some problem with authorization codes) when I installed it through Origin, but inserting the game disc fixed the problem completely. If you have the physical game disc, I would highly recommend using it! If you don't, I might recommend purchasing it, since this is the only solution I found to the problem. Good luck!
