I click continue, and am left with the EA Sims green diamond picture, and nothing else happens.
I have the latest Lollipop 5.0 system update on my Nexus 7. Can someone tell me how to make the game work?

I have the same error on my nexus 5 which is supposed to be compatible, also have same error on my Samsung Galaxy tab 4. Paid over $8 for the game. Contacted ea they told me search the helpfiles or talk to tech staff and I'm not getting any answers. Tried hitting the refund button and got message saying they won't refund me. It's ridiculous paid for game I can't play on any mobile devices with which its stated the game is compatible for, and absolutely no help from ea, or Google play.
- It works on my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.1, but not on my Samsung Galaxy s6 phone, even though they both run Android 5.1.1 and everything else is identical.
(Plenty of space, same fast wifi, etc)
