While I would love to have more build tools, I also enjoy decorating my homes and creating a sim for them. I always have in my mind the personality and type of sim who will live in the house I'm building.

I wouldn't like not being able to actually decorate INSIDE of the buildings. I don't think in a city builder you do that, I've never actually played those games because I have no desire to "run the city". Although there are some beautiful looking builds and cities and worlds people make in those games.
