@Tremayne4260, no I haven't edited the attached file at all! It does appear to be sparse compared to the other Options.ini files I've seen in forums while troubleshooting. Do you think repairing the game would work? I thought that an uninstall/install cycle would help, but maybe something is wrong with the installer? Do you have any references to what the Options.ini file should look like? I can try to recreate it and use my 'lastdevice' tag.
@VeronicaLyons , try repairing the game first. What I'd do is make a copy of the Option.ini file to compare after the repair is run. Then we can try to figure out what the next step could be after you try this. 🙂

@Tremayne4260 , okay I repaired the game and deleted the old Options.ini file so the game could generate a new one after the repair. I loaded the game, acknowledged warnings about hardware/graphic not being recognized (not a concern to me since I can always adjust settings manually), and quit the game. Attached is the .ini file from "before" which I posted earlier in the thread and "after". The AfterRepair file is soooo empty. ☹️

@mate54 the game generates an .ini file, I have it converted to .txt format so that I can upload the file on the forum.
