Summarize your bug I have gotten the sims medieval finally added to my account with help from support a couple of months ago and saw some content on the pirates & nobles pack and wanted to play with that. However, I noticed it is neither for sale anywhere in the store nor added to the game standardly so would really love to find out how I can play with that. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? use product code from cdrom package to install the game via origin (cause other methods have already been blocked by your company)
What happens when the bug occurs? dlc not visible not playable
What do you expect to see? way to play dlc pack
