Sims Medieval Stuck on Finalizing Install on Mac Origin

Hi guys. I just got a new Mac (had PC before) and am transferring my sims medieval and sims 4 through Origin. Sims 4 went smoothly but not Medieval. I have the Special Edition with the pirate DLC. I...

    @AeriaRenegade , if you got a new Mac, I'm guessing that the OS is Catalina. I'm afraid that Sims Medieval will not run on Catalina as it does not support 32 bit games and Sims Medieval is a 32 bit game. The only way to run Sims Medieval is to do one of the following:

    a) Bootcamp your Mac to run Mojave which was the previous Mac OS and it runs 32 bit games or see if you can run Mojave off of an external hard drive or thumb drive. 

    b) Bootcamp your Mac to run Windows or buy a virtual machine program like Parallels to run Windows. 

    At this time there are no plans to update Sims Medieval to run as a 64 bit game.
