Sims Medieval won't launch
When I try to launch Sims Medieval it literally crashes my computer. I've tried repairing, updating and uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. How do I request a refund since I can't play the game?

If you would like to troubleshoot the crashing instead, please provide more info about it (at what point does it crash, do you get any error messages, does your PC shut down, etc.; the more details, the better). Please also run a DxDiag and attach it to your post:
