sims stuck and the action cancels out unkown reason this sims medieval

when i tell my king sim go to cook something the action will canceled out and I tried reset sim, make backup copy of the save game deleted the save and replace it with backup copy, tried repairing the game also tried to uninstall then reinstall also did a google research. I have the disk and in origin, did a virus scan and offline melware scan, defrag the computer, did scf/scan, full updated and in the game all graphic setting set to low. this for sims medieval
