I got my Sims 2 boxes out and wanted to install and play on new computer with Windows 10. Well, cant make it run. Dosnt look like it got installed properly. Some Stuff cant be downloaded (i get certain messages about it). Downloaded Deluxe and tried to uninstall it so it didnt open and wasnt aable to uninstall it either.... So all kinds of the issues. I was trying to read through other questions on this site and just got lost and cant find the answer.

@Mertenville , as you saw @diopter77 , has already linked to my instructions on how to install the game. Please also note that you will need to apply the 4GB patch to increase the memory of the game to get it to run smoother and Graphics Rule maker to get the game to properly recognize your graphics card. You can do a Google search to find more information about both of these patches/programs on YouTube and Leefish's forums.
