Stuck on loading screen?

After I installed The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, it starts up fine until it gets to the title screen. It ends up freezing and then crashing. I uninstalled and then re-installed and it's still the same problem. How do I fix this? I just want to play 😕mileysad:
