I would love a ‘legacy’ pack of sims 1-3 with updates of them to bring them back on modern hardware . A lot of us classic simmers feel a bit ostracised in relation to the sims 4 as its direction has moved further away from the classic experience we all had and fell in love with.
I also would really like if by doing so they were able to create a player/simmer ‘hub’ where we could share content created on the legacy titles even a gallery of sorts like we have in the sims 4. I do feel that with legacy titles that EA should really be putting work into creating tools for players/simmers to lead the way in its direction on any updates / content rather than EA worrying about any content ensuring it meets their own narrative like it does with the sims 4.
EA can still then get a source of ongoing revenue through merch associated with the classic releases and increased interest. And obviously would be a win for the classic simmers.
