Switching Sims2 from DVD to Digital
Is it possible to get Sims 2 products from Origin still if I have the DVD? In other words redeem the Serial Codes for Downloads?

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

@Oldsimer , I'm afraid that Sims 2 is no longer available on Origin in digital format. The game was sunset (retired) in October 2018 and at this time there are no plans to re-release or remaster the game. If you still have the game on disk and an external disk drive, you can install the game on your Windows 10 computer.
The only digital version of the game available for purchase is the Sims 2 Super Collection for the Mac OS which is available for purchase through the Apple App Store.
