If you're feeling lost and frustrated on this forum (I sure am!) I definitely encourage you to check out the Sim Creatives forum that EvilBnuuy and MonaSolstraale have mentioned. I've been very active over there and I really like it. SnuffyBucket has put in a lot of work to make it run smoothly and feel like a comfortable place for stories and other creative sims stuff.
