The game will no longer down load on orgin and it will not let reload the game

Origin will not let me start my game and it won't let me reload my game even though I given proper pass words and ID.&nbsp; Getting hold of you sucks. please help we paid good money for these sims games for my daughter at Christmas now she can't use them.&nbsp; Are you ripping us off.&nbsp; We have a brand new very sosphicated computer so don't blame that and we were abale to play the games for the first three weeks after purchase, so what gives?

Hello,We purchased a new computer and I tried to log into my account and it did not work. I tried every username, email,and password that I ever remembered it still did not work. We bought 100 dollars worth of sims 3 games.I would like a refund or new Sims 3 games. Sims 3 games: Sims 3 starter pack, Sims 3 supernatural, Sims 3 showtime,Sims 3 seasons, Sims 3 Island life, and Sims 3 Expansion Bundle. They each cost $20.00 plus tax.
