I would like to share this beautiful poem from a book I have by Helen Steiner Rice which belonged to my Nana and was given to me by my Granddad when she died.
Friendship is a priceless gift
That can't be bought or sold,
But its value is far greater
Than a mountain made of gold.
For gold is cold and lifeless,
It cannot see nor hear,
And in your times of trouble,
It is powerless to cheer.
It has no ears to listen,
No heart to understand.
It cannot bring you comfort

Rose, I hope you realize how cherished you are in this community. Your constant positivity and happiness has always lightened our hearts and lifted our spirits. You shall be deeply missed.
